Membership in P.E.A.C.E. “The Humanitarian Movement”TM is determined by request/acceptance of individual to the national headquarters or currently enrolled students at a participating university or college. Members must attend weekly meetings and participate in at least one-third of scheduled service projects. Each member is encouraged to attend every meeting but if unable to attend, member will notify the secretary.
P.E.A.C.E. “The Humanitarian Movement”TMdoes not categorically deny membership to an individual, based on race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, veteran’s status or the presence of a disability.
This organization is a completely 100% non-profit organization, so there are no dues required. In addition, any individual who has signed up to be a member of this organization is eligible for voting at all times. Voting members is shall be defined as members who are currently enrolled as students at a participating university or college or members of the national headquarters.
Once an individual is a member of P.E.A.C.E. “The Humanitarian Movement,” that individual can continue to be part of the organization upon graduation at a participating university or college.The P.E.A.C.E. member will be considered an alumnus of the organization and can continue to participate in events.However, the alumnus of P.E.A.C.E. “The Humanitarian Movement” will not have any authority to make decisions on what events that current officers decide to part take in.
* Individuals that want to participate in service along with P.E.A.C.E. members that are not students or an alumnus of the participating college of university, will not be denied unless their participation is deemed to be detrimental to the organization and its purposes.*
